Please note, we charge for all warranty claims unless the product being warrantied has been purchased directly from Big on Bikes. Charges include assessing the bike and product and the events leading to the warranty claim. Shimano's warranty policy can be found here: https://bike.shimano.com/en-EU/information/warranty.html Please Note that if you have used a 3rd party solution to modify your e-bike, worst case you have voided your warranty and you will need to purchase a new Drive Unit or other parts. If you get an E299 (Tampering) error we can send off the drive unit to reset to the original factory settings but there is a substantial charge. Shimano E-Tube project diagnostics will pick up any modifications that do not comly with Shimano guidelines.
