We are a Bosch Service Centre and can process your Bosch Warranty Claims. Please note that there are charges for diagnosing and processing your warranty as well as any labour charges. Bosch do not cover our labour costs. IMPORTANT NOTE chipped or modified or non road legal e-bikes will not be worked on. Please send us your Proof of Purchase to info@bigonbikes.co.uk after booking this drop off slot and we can start the warranty process once we have seen the bike and assessed the issue.
