We are a Bosch Service Centre and can process your Bosch Warranty Claims. Please not chipped or modified illegal e-bikes will not be worked on. Please send us your Proof of Purchase to info@bigonbikes.co.uk after booking this drop off slot and we can start the warranty process once we have seen the bike and assessed the issue.
